How much is shipping and how long does it take?
U.S. orders of $75 or more ship free; orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95. Orders are prepared in 3–7 business days (boots are often made to order) and delivered in 3–7 business days after shipping, with tracking. We ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping policy
What if my boots don't fit?
Unworn items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Try boots on indoors on a clean floor. Refund policy
How do I choose my boot size?
Start with your usual U.S. shoe size. Cowboy boots should feel snug across the instep with a little heel slip at first. See our boot sizing guide.
How do I measure my hat size?
Wrap a soft tape around your head about 1/8 inch above the ears and eyebrows. S fits about 55 cm, M 57 cm, L 59 cm and XL 61 cm.
What belt size should I order?
Order 2 inches larger than your pant size. If you wear 34 pants, order a 36 belt.
